HOW TO ORDER YOUR PORTRAIT
Choose the correct number of characters. (*One character equates to one adult, child, baby or pet).
Also select the size of print you require from the drop down. A5 is only available with a small number of characters for size purposes.
The Digital Only option is reduced to compensate for the delivery cost that is automatically applied to every order.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once I have received your order, I will then require details of the characters involved from you.
A photo or at the very least, description of the characters involved and any interests they may have would be required.
One prop per character can be included if required ie handbag, mobile phone, hat, etc.
I will advise if i require any further information is necessary and then begin the design.
When you receive the first proof via email please check it carefully and let me know if you require any amendments. I will aim to make these changes within 24 hours and send you an updated proof.
Once you have signed off the portrait design, I will print at the specified size and then send directly to you.

I always try to work with a 7-10 day turnaround, but if you require a design sooner, please advise and i will try my best to accommodate.
